Brick Sealing and Waterproofing

The elements can really take their toll on your masonry building.  To help reduce the risk of costly repairs, water proofing your building is a must.  Applying a commercial water repellent protects your building from the damaging effects of ice, snow, and rain. The use of a siloxane based sealer that penetrates your brick deeply to provide:

• Superior moisture blockage on the face of your bricks
• Breathability:  All structures have moisture between the walls.  Our breathable substrate keeps the elements out while still allowing trapped water vapor to escape. 
• Greatly reduces the chance for spalling, efflorescence (the white stains), and water damage
• No change in the color of texture of your brick
